We have filmed 5 episodes before the servers were shut down. Since we started again as soon as they announced the shut down, we scrambled to get as much done as possible, and to give a semi-conclusion to the last episode in case we can't do it again.

UPDATE: Well PSO2 is out in Japan, so this is probably what we will use for any future videos!

Hahaha, my favorite part was with the male newman trying to fight the Delp Slami.

I can see the script writer was a Battlestar Galatica fan.

That video was pretty good. It was a good play on old Newman stereotypes. I look forward seeing more of your work.

Ha ha, I laughed. I like Dahna's voicework, so kudos there. Though on a sidenote, I never did understand the stigma against technics, and magic in general. It's the power to frak with the laws of nature at one's own whim; that's hella cooler than pointy sticks. But, I guess it doesn't help that 90% of those people screwing with physics are < 5' and look about as threatening as a squirrel staring down a nut.

People not knowing how to use their weapons never helps. :p

My intention was more that Dahna's frustration wasn't from Numans becoming techies, but forgetting entirely who they used to be. After all, they really were much more intimidating than they are now.

Of course, Dahna's my personal character, so I may be biased.

Anywho, glad people have enjoyed so far. The original script, preceded by some commentary about the process, is posted in my blog along with the episode itself. It's a practice I intend to continue as future episodes get produced.

That was great.The script was funny and that was honestly some of the best voice work I've heard from video like this. I can't wait for more.

I'm probably just biased, but I really enjoyed this. It's kinda sad when even World of Warcraft's elves are more newmany than PSU's newmans.

Kind of wish there was some way of getting Deja's plotline, or whatever he had left that he didn't finish, then again it really didn't need finishing.

Pretty hilarious. Makes me wanna make a chibi female Newman... Protranser/Guntecher, even though I have a 5'7" male Newman Wartecher with facial hair. Damn 4 character limit -.-

Oh, and girly Dahna with a bow was strangely funny.

With the servers shutting down soon, Lucas and I are gonna get as much filming done as possible. We have done several more scripts, and are working on voice recording. What we plan to do is to keep filming as much as we can before the servers are shut off, THEN we will edit the video footage.

Of course, if we get an alternative way to do this again.... Well, who knows what the future holds? Even if we can't do more videos, we hope to do radio play episodes , and simply have the youtube videos show images of the characters who are speaking. This may also mean random extras images may need to be submitted by viewers.

Hopefully he'll find a girlfriend by the end of the series.

And to the viewers out there, sorry it took this long, I like to blame it on life, but 50% of it was... laziness. Deja's return pretty much rejuvenated me into editing the last few videos we did on PSU

Still, here it is! And 2 more to go for the PSU engine episodes!

I wonder if Dahna would be disappointed that PSO2 has some missions where the main objective is something other than killing... like pushing buttons on cranes that once refused to spawn, or saving Lillipas by not killing the robot that's strangling them.

Haha not too bad, Liz reminded me of Rikku from FFX especially in the first episode. ^^

All the footage for Guardians Gone Wild was written up and recorded just before the servers went down. I actually spent a couple weeks- during midterms, no less- recording everything. I'm glad it all came out well, since going back to get a better shot would have been impossible.

Or, if you prefer... "It comes to you, from beyond the graaaaaaave!"

I'm actually particularly happy with how the last episode came out, if only because I never had more than three accounts active (two characters and a camera man) but managed to keep pretty consistent blocking for four characters at any given time.

And... wow. I really can't remember the last time I posted here. But, it's good to exist!

Our writer in the above post has decided monthes ago for the NA PSO2 servers to show up before writing anymore episodes, says something about being more comfortable shooting scenes on a server where we can spend arks cash easier and stuff like that.

But I went and made a camera test of sorts to see what we CAN do so far in the game engine, using the Japanese version of PSO2. Check it out!

Welp, now that PSO2 just added a awesome custom camera angle feature, we can make more of these videos in the way we wanna. Hopefully once we get less busy we will make more! For now, Im gonna fiddle with more camera tests.
