Gunner, Crafted Bullet Squall Problem

Hello everyone!

I have a lvl61 gunner and for a long time i have been struggling to get the crafted bullet squall to work...
I keep crafting it but whatever I do it still has the same effect (short duration and not long).
I searched all over the internet (and the sites describing the crafted PAs) but I found nothing about it...
Although for some reason, I managed to get infinite fire type-0 to work with no problem at all.
I would appreciate any help and I just hope i am missing something (stupid or not)^^;

If your only problem is the duration, you have to mash click during the PA
for more hits and longer duration...

Oh so the thing is that i have to repeatedly hit the PA button only to extend the duration?
