You're better off searching other sites and commissioning them there if you ask me. There are plenty of striving artists out there that will do it for low prices.
I was joking about both the pricing and willingness to do adult requests, but seeing "low prices" made me feel a little iffy so self-righteous mini rant.
For free, or a low price is up to the the time, quality and overall, the artist's decision.(considering those, I technically charge people half of minimum wage lol. Though regardlesss of time I spend, I don't see myself super professional on quality, and my customers are rarely strangers.)
But you shouldn't always have to get someone to work for you for a "low price," at LEAST depending on who and what you're looking for and what you consider a low price. Hell, half the time, someone giving it up for low pay probably deserves more if you're getting something JUST for you, that you found worth jerking off to. I guess.
And yeah already said, PSOW isn't a big market... There's like half a dozen artists here? 2-3 of em active at a time? I dunno where to point you though.
