Tweaker says "not installed" after update

Okay...
So, I've been encountering this problem for a few days. Somehow I temporarily "fixed" this bug and was playing nicely until two days ago and yesterday it happened again.
Backstory (Might be necessary, might be not)

Yesterday:
I had the ENG Patch, Large Files and the Story Patch installed.
I was going to run the game as usually, but it said that there was a tweaker, an ENG Patch and a Large Files update. I clicked ok and begged that wouldn't screw PSO2 again.
I launched the game. It crashed.
I ran the tweaker and it said:

Okay. So I said to myself that I would see what was going on pso2_bin directory for the first time. I thought that I could recover the Story Patch files from somewhere in C:\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\data\win32\backup but there was nothing there. So I thought okay maybe there's an older version of this directory from Windows backup. It had! So I recovered Story Patch directory inside of the backup directory and copied win32 and Story Patch directories to my desktop in case I lose it again (took me so long...).
So I opened Tweaker and clicked Check for old/missing files
It said:

Story patch backup found, restoring... Restoring Story Patch backup... [OK!]

I closed and reopened the Tweaker again but it continued with "Story patch: not installed"
...
Today:
I searched for some things that I could do and ran again Check for old/missing files. HOWEVER, after it was done I closed and reopened the Tweaker and it said

"Current EN Patch version is: Not Installed Current Large Files version is: Not Installed Current Story Patch version is: Not Installed"

(plus: I still can't run the game)

WHY

Problem
What do I do...?
Whenever I update or check the files tweaker says that the patches I've downloaded and installed are not installed anymore. And I can't run the game.
Even if I download and install it all over again (that will make the game work again, that's what I did the last time), I won't be able to update it anymore without bugging again - I will need to install ALL the files everytime.

Don't know if this helps, but I opened the Tweaker again and here is the log (is causing and error):
