After a couple hours of V.Hard Seaside runs, I finally got the Gi Gue to drop the Attribute Plate. Yay.
As expected, it came with 0 slots, so I figured I'd hop online and trade 4 Photon Drops for 4 Addslots.
Loaded up the quest, went over to the little corner Hopkins is suppose to be in - and he wasn't there...
What the hell?! Is this a glitch? Or did they just not add him in yet? I've tried several times, and he is not there...
Anyone else have this problem? What's the purpose of Photon Drops if we can't do anything with them.
NOTE: Yes, I had Photon Drops in my inventory. Yes, I know where Hopkins is suppose to be. And I'm talking about the Xbox version.
