I'm a Ranger. My mag's level 102, and it's evolved three, maybe four times. At level 100, it didn't evolve. In the last evolution, I got a Kama Mag, but I already had it's photon blast. If level 100 doesn't weild a new photon blast, when will I get my third and final one?
My mag's stats are
Defense: 13
Power: 53
Dexterity: 32
Mind: 6 (Don't ask)
Any help?

It depends on what form you get it to. Some forms give the same PB, so that's probably why you don't have your third yet.
Every few levels, your mag has a chance of evolving again, depending on what stats are higher than the others.
