well since the last update 3/16/2016 my tweaker can't download the last file of the update (the pso2launcher) i run the analyze files over and over again and it even prompted me to update twice still freezing the download at 77% as in the following image

i would be happy with a serious response^^;
If you are able to, have you tried to use the official launcher? If you can, let it patch the game, then just go back to the Tweaker, go into Options, and select PSO2 version override, then apply any translation patches.
i installed the game with the tweaker and the files that doesn't download are the last file and the pso2launcher.exe so... no, i can't use the official launcher^^;
Here, try this. It's the updated pso2launcher.exe; just extract it and place it in the pso2_bin folder. I would recommend running it first before opening the Tweaker to make sure it is working properly. If it does, then do what I mentioned in the previous post.
