Japanese DLC On US/EU Version Guide

There's no need to worry about the lack of DLC missions in the Western versions, because everything Japan has gotten can be used. This includes the super grind mission Gemaga, and Maximum Attack Cross (the hardest missions in PSPo2). Even Challenge Stage III is available, so you get more Extend Codes; not to mention loads of weapons exclusive to the Trade Missions. The downside? The text is in Japanese.

WHAT NOW!?: for the sake of simplicity make two folders ULUS10529DL & ULES01439DL! Copy the PSU2DOWN.DAT into both. Move both of these folder into X:/PSP/SAVEDATA/

The awesome thing about this is that you can play these Missions online as long as all members of your party has it.

Known Bugs/Conflicts: DLC Missions will not show up if in a Party with a player who does not have them; the mission just doesn't show up on the list. Also, if you do [The Kasch Test] without the JPN DLC, with someone who DOES have the DLC on, they won't be able to move. If you abandon the mission everything is fine.

Will the items you get from the DLCs be in Japanese?

Nice. Though would the stuff show up in Japanese text still? And if this is still possible, I almost wonder if that means we could get an official US release of these.

Just a little note to anyone who does this: the DLC will appear as 'Corrupted Data' if you try to view it under the PSP's Saved Data Utility menu. Don't panic when you see that - the DLC works just fine.

Items are translated in English, but Mission text isn't.

so are there items in these missions that are only obtainable through them? or the main reason to play them is for the xp grinding

Hey could someone help me out here. I'm reading the Japanese wiki to find out how to get Dagger of Serafi. I know what trade mission to go to, but I can't figure out which missions to get the required badges from:

Which having Google translate comes out to
Badge × 90 G
Fotonkodo × 1

Badge G. Is that gold weapon badges? And I can't figure out who Fotonkondo is, except for some type of Photon item. Any assistance would be appreciated.
