There's a story quest that's the usual JRPG "get to know the locals" extended tutorial crap.
I finished 8/9 of it's fetch quests, but I can't find the last NPC they want me to help. It roughly translates to "Complete the run side task" but there's no markers.

This sounds like the exact same stuff Sega did around ep2 or ep3 if my memory serves me right, which affected how many peers could see their address. I'm not knowledgeable on that but I remember the explanations were based on a lack of the address being properly announced. At the time it was basically a ballot to see if you would be able to connect or not to the server. I could, without a vpn, despite being overseas, which was an exception, while there were many reports of jp players being locked out.

Is there anyway to play higher resolution in full screen? funny how all picture taken also 1280*720 size t00

Yes since you need to log in NGS do some tutorial stuff and after that you are allowed to transfer to OG pso2

Virtual fullscreen is supposed to use your desktop's resolution, but it doesn't work well if the windows desktop scaling is above 100%.

wtf with this shitty controls setup? I've changed buttons like "interact" or "dodge" but they're work only in cursor mode and not in common one.
