Just tell them you've been given the run around and demand to speak with their superiors. Act all pissed and they'll usually get someone higher up. That's how I got my HL refunded http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpb.../icon_razz.gif

Good luck with that refund. I was told the same thing, even posted it:
Today is May 12, and I'm still waiting on my refund. I have a feeling this is a response by some to get you off their backs.Quote:

Contact Xboxlive 1(800)469-9269 and give them your complaint. I did this just this morning, and was refunded my HL fee for March.
When I call the first thing I do is give them the last reference number I got from the last time I called. (Always write these down, this way you have a record of when you called, and they can't say this is the first they heard of this.) If they ask me to explain the problem, or try to figure out the problem (usually they ask something like, "Are you going through a router?" or something like that) I ask them their name, tell them all the information should be in the reference number. If they still ask, I act frustrated, but never getting pissed (not really an act, I am frustrated). This usually gets me put on hold for a while, then I'm usually given over to a supervisor.
The last few times I was told I would be getting a call back from the people who are in charge of these types of things. To their credit, I have received call backs the last two times I was told this.
Just remember, the person who answers the phone has nothing to do with this, getting all pissy with them is just stupid and mean. All they do is answer the phone and TRY to help you out. They don't have the answers.
Another thing, we aren't being charged be Sega/ST, at least not directly. MS/XBoxlive is doing this. Remind them of that if they tell you, "You need to contact.....". Tell them that this is on XBoxlive and it should be corrected by them because we are paying them, not anyone else. I usually say something like, "If Halo had a problem, I know you guys would be on it in no time, why am I less important them then?"
I've been a customer since day one on PSOX, and close to day one on XBoxlive. I tell them this too. Kinda a guilt move, but I usually ask them if this is how a loyal customer should be treated. I also state to them that this is the only XBoxlive game that we are charged an extra fee to play.
If all this fails for me, I just call back in a few hours and repeat until I'm satisfied.
Frustrating?.....Yes.
On a personal note, that you all for reponding to my cry for help. It's good to know that I'm not the only one trying to do something about this. Let's try and keep it up, and hopefully we can beat this.
Its a shame that eu and usa players cant play together.Dont lose the hope guys and keep fighting.Looks like the eu servers are in the same situation.Anyone know something about the japanese 1?Maybe sega really dropped the xbox version
well, another day passed with no signs of an update, hey only 7 more months and the current lobbies will be right!
...maybe think they are more worried about psu? idk thats what just came to my mind and maybe thats y they havnt responded... maybe they think if they can get psu to be better than pso, they wont have to worry about pso anymore... (just my opinion) ..
one more thing... idk if im even getting psu till a LONNG TIME bcuz i got
1. crappy ps2
2. no internet adapter for it
3.still trying to get internet thing for my gc
4. i just dont think anything can become better than pso. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpb...icon_smile.gif
the only thing that would make me buy psu is the fact that there is such an in depth character customization

I can still go and play three year old xboxlive games without a problem, except no one plays them. If you have Unreal Championship, any sports game older then this year, put them in and see if those games still works for online. It's a rhetorical question, they do.
If the thought is that Sega/ST are more worried about PSU, them why is it that XBox is the only one that isn't updated?
I know PSO is a unique game on XBoxlive. All the other games are just point and click, shoot the ball or the other person. Unlike most other XBoxlive games, PSO had updated quests and such, but still, it would make more sense for them to just stop the online part of the game instead of keeping a five month old lobby around if this was the case.
This was something I thought about too, but it just doesn't compute.
yeah i guess my mind wasnt thinkin clearly past the fact of the xbox...
Sorry I didn't respond earlier, but I have asked all these questions. Nothing can be done about it, because it seems that the people that have been giving me call backs have been just supervisors of the call center. They have no more information about this then you or I do. This wasn't the news that i wanted to hear. It seems that this is not an XBoxlive situation, but a MS situation, and there doesn't seem to be anyway to get ahold of them. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpb...n_confused.gifQuote:

Shigecki, since you seem to be the one that can get in touch with the right people, call them back and ask them if they can reuse old update information to at least return the game to its normal, non-holiday state untill they get an official update. If they can't do that then ask if they can get XBOX Europe to send copies of the update information to them.
I have gotten in touch with a former xbox live pso moderator. Her Gamertag is m1e1w1. She has told me that she will talk with her contacts about the situation and has also informed me that Blue Burst is on the list of planned titles for the xbox360.
My optimistic feelings of getting out of Christmas have gone, and I now feel we are stuck in Chrismas until the game is taken off XBoxlive.
It has been almost two weeks since this post:
I don't think the right people are getting the information, either that or they feel the 360 is higher on their priority list. Either way, I feel we are at the point of just living with the jingle bells and Christmas tree and presents in the game.Quote:

I finally was told that MS does do the updating on the server, and that they have been getting calls about the situation. I was told the problem has been that ST hasn't been sending update information for the US server. Have no idea if this is true, but this is what they told me. I was also informed that MS has sent a few emails to ST requesting update material for PSO.
We all did our part, that's all we can ask of each other, but I feel we have lost this battle.
zandra117, have you been able to get ahold of your contact lately? Not sure if that person could do anything more then we did, but it's worth one last ditch attempt to do something.
We gave this our best shot, but I feel any more effort is just a huge waste of time.
I havent seen her online lately, I will try PMing her on xbox.comQuote:

I'm really sorry:
I've tried everything I could in my power to get something done about the servers, not really anything else I can do now, I'm really sorry for the people still there that I failed. Though I wish you all the best of luck with it in hopes that some of you ride the game to its end http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpb...icon_smile.gif Anyhow i'll be sticking to posting in FKL, but if I hear anymore words later on the line about this stuff i'll let you know what I hear.
