Guys, when you extend a weapon, say, Oboro (8* twin dagger) to its max level, will you lose the augmentations and/or potentials on it?

Guys, do you have any idea why Spar Machinegun's R-ATK stat here on SEA server is 407 instead of 423? Note that Fang Soul adds 30 more R-ATK --> 407+30 = 437
...
