I think PP vs attack balancing is a lot more significant when it comes to high PP/high DPS PAs like crafted Sakura Endo. Having high PP really helps for the initial burst damage, but doesn't matter...

Anyone find any info on how to edit weapon sheath position and rotation? I'd assume it's located somewhere in the aqp file, or even the "_idle_x.aqm" files, but I'm still unsure.

PP extending gives you 15 more pp total, but you lose out on 120 HP and some damage resistance. As a force, I would definitely extend the units.
