Gunner doesn't need to invest in PP affixes so much as other PP intensive classes like FO/TE, since they get +50 PP from Showtime Star. So I'd say that's a pretty solid amount.

Do Hans COs, I suppose. They don't do a lot, though; the two COs that dispense Kageseo only give 1 Kageseo. You could also just, you know, play Tokyo. XH drops at least 3 Kageseo per S Rank.
The buff to the shot count turns it from "insufferable" to "meh". It'll actually clean trash now, but on bigger targets, you're still better off just S Charging it.
