I have found TONS of Morbinia at both Lightning Beast and amazingly enough Foran. Considering you can find Jaggos rather easily at Foran it might not be a bad place to hunt for some Morbinia.

I rarely change my characters outfits unless I find something I REALLY like. Each of these characters has only changed their outfits ONCE although Atalanta has a few I throw on for the hell of it.

Seems like Cati only drop in non-AoI missions. All the ones I heard about dropping were found at Foran while White Beast has only ever dropped Giga. Try hunting at Foran if you want a Cati/Bullet...
