Yea I think the Gigas Romulus bonus to ice is probably an error I have a couple and they have only a bonus towards Thunder not ice and it is 10% so that's right

Maybe they don't have you added, you or they used the wrong FC, or they're just plain not online

but yea if it's not those well keep trying you're bound to find out what the problem is...

Did you check your roster correctly? as in offline in the main menu above the WFC settings option but below your character files, if that's not the problem well any more details you could provide...
