Zirenheit-NT have +15% on elemental stance but i don't know what it means in damage

if tha element primary the weapon is light, the damage will great more than with bo element chance ?

but BO can change element weapon with a tech

Atra pot = 10% damage + 3% SSA.
Shien por = 18% + 7% SSA
