Well, Fo has so much damage, whereas Techer loses Element Conversion AND has to match elements just to make wind/dark/light do better (do they even do better?)

If you want to do something silly, Fo/Bo can use fire element boots and use superfast Gifoie and Elemental Burst back and forth. Not really a serious strategy though.

The weak 9* heart boots ( スターサニス ) are the best boots in the game once you craft them up to extend level 9. Lets you use Moment Gale with impunity.
