^mixing fire and ice in FO tree is bad idea since you not gonna have enough skill pts to cover both optimally while taking the core skill maxed.

Compared to rod, talis user has extra 20% dmg boost if the tech invoked from thrown talis (talis tech bonus)
and damage difference between 30 element and 60 element for macthing element tech is 15%...

Nabarta with ELS/BOS is surprisingly good in the nerfed version of nab UQ
Safoie is good complement tech after gifoie and foie in lilipa UQ

^the aoe is bigger (even when uncharged) and sabarta pp is a little less than ilbarta.

from these 2 element, which is the best element to take the advantage of talis...

but there is, more so with slave type weapon
their potential stat boost will gone when pp under 50%

certainty this will narrow its element into:
tech that have low pp cost, pp save craft, or...

i thought with how the potential work on slave weapon, wind (or lightning) is the best option for that rod...

talis cast limit can be 5 if you casting some tech that have fast charge like ragrant, hence why i said 4-5 earlier.

most probably ares.

if it slave, you will want it especially for tech that have pp merit craft/pp...
