They use it on Wave 3, if they aren't sure if the random team can kill the Bleu Ringarda quickly enough, but if you're in a good team, you can save it for wave 5+

Ra is just going from corner to corner, gathering crystal.
And FO/Gu are split into two side, and if a Vtol appear or tower appear, FO use Il Grant to take it...
