are you jumping right after casting and then cast to prevent that jump further? it requires some insane timing from what i gather and that's why the guy in the vid linked a macro

which part you don't understand? this is as basic as it can get - cast from subpallette and jump to cancel the animation and cast again from subpallette and jump to cancel, loop
