That being said, I wanted to say that I think Techer as a support class can be involving if you're always simultaneously trying...

I've been saying for years that Techer would be much more interesting with Wand PAs. I wonder if that will ever happen.

Under what circumstances would a full T-ATK Jet Boots be better than S-ATK? For casting?

I can tell you that Bo weapons don't work well with Friend Partners.
They just keep throwing out regular attacks.

Gotta try Bo with Fo/Te weapons. That'd probably work better.

Not to be obnoxious or anything:

I'm using a Bo/Hu DB/JB hybrid. Something like this.

When Photon Blade is down, I can use Rapid Boost, and vice versa.
Hybrid keeps things more interesting.

Is Moment Gale definitely superior to Disperse Shrike?
Also, is it better to use only the darting part of it, and not the cyclone part? Or use both?

In that case, there's not much point in putting TATK on it, right?

I'm using a setup where I use numpad 7, 8 and 9 to switch between palettes.
7 = stances and potions that I won't need to switch to often.
8 = class cooldown skills that I need to see cooldowns for....

Not if you get the Bio ones. They require 400 TDEF. Pretty easy to obtain and equip. Not so easy to grind.
