I hope that they'll make that PP-regen-on-crit skill only applicable to Bow and work for PAs. It's really not as if Katana needs it at this point, and it'd be pretty much exactly what Bow needs.
Subclasses in this game are more for multipliers on the main specialization and less for unlocking additional gameplay except for some fringe perks, since hybrids are too weak and all-class weapons...

Banish Arrow is different from S Roll JA because it multiplies the damage at the end of a PA chain instead of just as a plain bonus, so it's only really useful for bossing, unlike S...
Only the damage you do, and only while your bow is active since switching it cancels the PA (so Bow damage, damaging status effects like Poison/Fire you inflicted, or techs from subpalettes).
Shunku is actually pretty good for Bow Braver, and I've been finding myself making use of it to mob with that Lambda Lucario I keep around when I'm soloing, but I find it doesn't really differ too...
