Better to use Efficient Foie if you're low on PP since it's not that much weaker than Rafoie and it skims enemies for potentially more damage. Otherwise, best grab your Queen Vera and get into range...

No, anything but lighting is garbage for orbit. You should get a different talis for offensive use and use orbit solely for the PP battery utility.

Nobody should be recommending 13s as beginner gears, wtf would you be using all the way up to XH, Axeon? You can't even equip 13s until you have high enough base stats from leveling to the upper 60s...

Ares at this point is outdated and farming it is currently impossible because UQs are dead. You could get the Ray series for both Talis and Rod from collection files since they're pretty easy to work...
