Main reason is that bow is not great in endless quest/masquerade which is a big part of end game content I think.

Chase arrow is for banish mostly.
Penetrating arrow is powerful if it double hits.
Last nemesis is good for banish...

How good is bow atm? Is hero still vastly outclassing it in every regard?

1. You would switch to tmg to build chains anyway usually.
2. BR/GU is not really a viable class for general purpose
3. Go BR/HU average stance. Sharp bomb+kamikaze arrow are very powerful.

Show me a video of br/ra being effective in necky.

I tried br/ra. Its junk. I Imagine its good if you are in a quest where you can consistently get headshots. Kamikaze deals superioir dmg to sharp bomber but the range is much shorter and its not aoe

Yes. I play bow braver (br/hu + average stance). It is pretty strong. Switch to divine raikou when you cast rapid shoot for 20s CD on rapid shoot.

You should get the ideal bow honestly. Grinding a 13* is really expensive. Ideal bow is pretty attainable and is the strongest 13*.
