What you mean ? for Same Arts it's simple lvl 10 use same PA, for Tech Arts lvl 10 you need Same Arts lvl 2, PA1->PA2->PA2->PA2 repeat.

Also normal attacks and gear actions not break combo, i think it applies for both Same Arts and Tech Arts, so you can for example spam PA, lock on target recover PP with normal attacks and continue...
