The tower bosses never glitched on me. They do wait for you to come near, usually.

Most of the glitches I've found were so minor that you'd almost never notice if you weren't looking for them....

It still seems weird. Don't forget to add the cost of a pipe per visit to the cost in PSO. To pedantic about it: finishing (complete or no) any mission heals you to full HP + PP.
