This kinda bugs me. I'd rather stat altering accessories and physical appearance be completely independant of each other. What if some of the best units look like utter crap?

Being in range to gain EXP? Unless there's some extra details I'm unsure of,(or the range is REALLY big) that sounds really terribad for rangers or forces using ranged techs...
