Well I was in this game... and in there I heard 2 guys talking about god ability, and that it only adds 2 to ata... and 20 to the rest... is it because its hacked or just some bug in the game...?

Well to answer this, God/ability is avaliable in the SEMI "perfect guide" 11 stars and raises you atp, mst, ata, evp, and dfp by 20. Since they can show it in the book then it should be avaliable.
