If it's indeed Ranged damage .....
FuryStance (Ranged) = 10%...

I believe you need to reach Lv20 Crafting to unlock ExLv3 HP, PP, or ElementalResist (ExL8 and 10 unlocked by crafting previous special recipe. ExLv3 (HP) unlock ExLv8 (HP), ExLv8 (HP) unlock ExLv10...
