Yeah, charged foie has a huge AoE and works better against moving stuff. Uncharged foie feels kinda meh though, considering it's weaker than the charged version but still only single target.
You need 10 hits with uncharged lightning techs to get the bonus, so it varies a lot depending on how many enemies there are and whether or not you can have gizonde hitting the target constantly.

I think NC is short for "no charge" so it's comparing the dps of doing 4 uncharged and one charged, vs 7 uncharged and one charged, which, based on these numbers implies detonating the first level...

Are you landing all of the hits? It's not as strong as a PB, but it's still stronger than your techs by a long shot.
