Some bans were lifted, though only people who bought grinders and have a solid case for appealing.

If that's true then I believe that there is an appeal you can file with ST, though it will take them time to investigate your claim.

As far as I know if there is no time indicator (like telling you that you have 48 hours until access is restored) it is a perma-ban, unless ST takes it off.
