Reason I suggested 2 players, is because it seems as though he is offline with only one other person. Obviously 4 players is best.

2 players are optimal for time attacking, since there are less monsters. Best combo is usually 1 HU and 1 FO.

I can't really give you more advice other than that, since I never lead and barely...
