Technically, Evil Curst and Sting Tip are cane type weapons. Don't know why ST place Saber icons on them. I have an art book on Ep1&2 that place the artwork of the evil curst under the canes...

Maybe that "katana" was a random display when the server is updating the changes.

Before I posted the above, Akiko's Wok was classified
as a Katana. So I pointed out the differences.

When I refreshed the page 10 seconds later after my post, It correctly display saber type.

Actually, Akiko's Wok is a Saber type.
Akiko's Frying Pan is a Katana type.
