when I go check my equips like weapon and armor, the stat they show on them have all 0s on them. Atk power, Elements, Defense, etc. Is this a bug or something?

imo I think there will be no dlc items like what they did on the first psp1, probably remove some collaboration items as well.

uh...nope dont see anything that says formal wear or anything that looks like the president's outfit, just the one from npcs like Hyuga, Lou, etc.
