Even without a Rikauteri Te/Br is consistently strong tech damage. As long as you match your elements you can take full advantage of Weak Stance + Elemental Weak Hit for big damage....

Te/Fi basically gives you the freedom to cast pretty strong techs regardless of element while still putting out solid melee damage. The stance dance multipliers and chase advance are really nice...

IMO, not worth it. The Te tree is pretty tight on skill points as it is and I find the usual wand hits cause status effects common enough if you don't outright one shot the zondeel'd mobs.
