Would the Diabo Partizan be worth picking up and crafting Fi usage for a Speed Rain stick? It's 27% Speed Rain damage at Potential 3.

whoa whoa hold on, why would I drop LB to 5? I've already got my tree set but im curious as to why you would that do. Fi kind of depends on LB for a good chunk of damage, wouldn't it be best to have...

I maxed it but I had to drop Deadline slayer to 9 and PP Slayer to 8.



Then what should I sacrifice? I'm having trouble figuring out which multipliers actually matter
