pretty much this, MH saved my ass countless of times during LB while popping huge amount of numbers
and its really useful on Ultimate Quest since you can jump into a huge crowd of super-armored...
I use Scissor a lot as a starter combo (scissor>moon>rave), I find it fun since you overlap tornados quickly and can be reliable on hits when the boss moves around a lot
But I usually swap it out...
I have to say, Meteor Cudgel was really great before, but with the DS ring, people are better off using a decent 13* that boosts damage cuz its easy to maintain max gear through the gear gain from DS...
theres also 3x Symphonic Drive even tho you dont benefit from TAJAB passives but its very useful for those annoying bosses that move around alot and constantly hitting their weakpoints

i would like to add that even a 11* Meteor Cudgel can still kill Bal on 1 turn [Fake Capture>Illusion Rave>Shift>repeat]
and using Twin Dagger on Bal, its clear time is pretty much somewhere...
I use a crafted Rose Flotz/Litch JB (free Moment Gale) and 12* matterboard's Ignis (free Dispersion Strike) solely for easy mobbing in SH and below, I swap them around if I get bored but any one of...

pretty much: Evil TD>Red TD (max extend + hidden pot lv1~3 + add class HU)> Kamui
and Evil TD doesnt affect gear accumulation (not sure why u mentioned that but every TD has the same gear gain),...
-get rid of striking 3 on Fighter tree and add them to PP Slayer
-you can ditch DS Wind Parry, its unreliable most of the time cuz it needs tornado
-you can increase Deadline Slayer for more Limit...
okay i tried the other DS PAs again and i can slightly see how it works, but it really feels awkward and i get hit alot from doing them and the combos are cancellable when get hit by a knockdown...
also i kinda feel some of the DS PAs are like non-charged attacks (and yes including the charge PAs like Deadly Archer or Dealdy Circle), the only PAs worth to use is Acro Effect and Chaos Riser......
i just got Meteor Cudgel from the new Falz Duet EQ, im just a free-user and its a blessing that isnt 0.01% drop anymore
but anyway, with Meteor Cudgel its pretty good and kinda out-performs my...
yeah it can work as a main for any melee class, but the problem is if you sub FI... cuz the crit stuff and limit break wont work, so you might need a different FI sub build for HU/FI
11* Meteor Cudgel still one of the best Double Sabers around, sure 12*~13*s have higher damage with damage boosts but Meteor Cudgel's gear build potential almost keeps you at max gear for constant...
mostly DS combos are like (PA that can fill DS Gear -> max gear Chaos Riser) for that wide vacuum and high damage, very useful in mass mobbing (especially in ULT Lilipa)
