As of this week, there is an 2% damage s2 affix (Offensive Intent) that you can get from the Enchanted Forest free exploration quest.

It seems to be the best choice for Vades Scythe atm.

There is a damage boosting S2, (Blink of an Eye?) that came from Chocolate EQ which boosts damage by 3% after a JA with a PA or tech. This S2 is not cheap at all, even if it can be applied to wand...
