Heavy Hammer givs you 7 seconds of super armor AFTER you swing with it. All you need to do is use the uncharged version every 3rd normal attack string.
Can't tell you that, but I can tell you that Wand normals are now 38, 33, 37 (and step being 18 + 29) compared to 40, 35, 39. They still have hit lag as well. Meanwhile, Wand clobber and lavis did...
They reduced it by a lot, but it’s still pretty bad. Example being, Wand clobber is an effective 20% atk speed boost compared to it’s supposed 10% due to hitlag removal.
Unless they also plan on getting rid of all hitlag on wand normals (which i don’t think was mentioned), I don’t see it happening.
It can very much be higher DPS as well if the charge reduction outweighs the dmg reduction, which i’m almost certain will happen.
