Try frameskip 2 and MAYBE posteffects off. Thats what I do to mine. Also I kill Explorer.exe before starting AOTI and the frees up some more memory, for me at least.

I've seen 3 of the materials drop on c-rank runs. I got 2 of them myself!!!

I usually get tons in Scarred Planet, but like Sinow said, please hunt them after MAG ends. We need all the kills we can get.
