My main problem with BH weapons depends on how fast they can expend PP and regain it. Launcher isn't so great at it from what I feel so far.

Falco is using the ideal larc from challenge mode, one of the strongest rifles in the game for having a lot of attack as a 13* and its potential for more % damage on bosses. Also his units... Level...
