Flash Thousand is too slow to be of any use. If you want Knuckle DPS just do BHS then do Shift to JA a couple times to regain PP quickly.

If you manage to come across Symphonic Drive lvl 16 for TD's its very good and can keep you in the air for a long time (Great for Dragon Bosses). Straight Charge for Knuckles is also somewhat useful.
