There are some daily COs that don't get scaled very much that you could do. The ones that come to mind are the ones that ask you to run certain quests like 3 times.

See if lowering the detailed character model count helps (The graphics option you can change while in game).

Try having all other applications closed before running the game. If that doesn't help, try deleting the files inside of the gameguard folder in your pso2_bin folder and then running the game.
