This is what's wrong, and i did do a file check once, nothing came back wrong, but when i did "Check for deleted/empty files" there was one missing, but it didn't change anything.

I haven't tried the official launcher, due to it typically not wanting to connect for me.

It's also telling me i can't because i haven't made more then 10 posts.

I have tried several things in an attempt to fix this without any luck, but as of today when i launch PSO2 my characters are rendering in an odd way, i can't move, and my menus aren't showing...

^That right there may explain it, but the bright side here is i do have all the VH and SH, as well as the Ex quest CO's done, so all i need is Normal/Hard, which i could solo if i really wanted to.

How do i unlock the client order to get his card? It says i needed to do 10 of his orders.

I've counted and i've done at least 13 of them, am i missing something?
