Yep it work, instead of giving the "cast head" ticket to your partner you use it on your main character (any gender). The head will appear in your cast partner's cosmetic mode (under the head tab)

I wanted to go back and change my SP cast color, but not sure if this reset allows me to do it (on the side keep my cast equipment)
