SEGA's report form is too confusing...

Hello guys, I am trying to report a hacker that recently hit my character shop and PM on december 29 but I can't understand SEGA's form. (English is not my main language, so that is not helping either)

When it says Name of problem user, does it means my character name or the hackers character name?

What the hell does it means Character number of problem user. I thought this was my character game ID but bellow that is Gamer Tag or Game ID -_-;. Do they want my ID or the hacker ID?

I don't want to report my own character lol so I will appreciate if anyone can help me.

They want the platform, the time of the incident, the name of the offensive player, that player's number (if you have it).

Then below that they want your Game ID and below that your info and a description of the event in question.

I agree, very confusing. Maybe someone can request that Sega fix it to make it more user-friendly?
