Well, somehow on a C rank I found a [B]Tengohg Bow(sp?)... And it says I need 15 Olpad, where do I find Olpad?
And how much should I buy the Olpad in playershops(Or how much is it at NPC, if it is sold at NPC shop)

Olpad is a gem. I found one on Parum, don't remember where though. Player Shop though, it should cost about 1000 to 2000 depending. Though some of these things go for higher.
I have checked some player shops, and I saw a few for 5k+ So I will just buy the cheap ones and not ones that I see for 5k+

They drop a little bit of everywhere, just semi-rare whole the time. I got most of mine from Groove of Fanatics.
Egam holy relics is just the relic site at the Agata island called "Egam", with other word - goto neudaiz, run forest run, run rainbow beast and you're there.
