Does casting a debuff count as a tag on a monster? I know it did on PSO, and I remember reading somewhere that it does not on PSU, but I figured I'd get confirmation from a player, just to be sure.

From what I've heard, Debuffs do indeed tag. Hell, they tag in offline mode. *shrug*
Can't remember where I saw it, but if they tag, that's all that matters to me.
