ageha-senba says the same discription
and when I check on PSUpedia ageha-senba it partnered with ageha-kikami throwing blade
so it might be a diffrent a throwing blade the meteor buster needs

Neither. Just a really bad case of translations/file reference mixups. No SUV unit will ever boost a weapon as a set. I mean, just look at your PA fragment description. Can't tell me with a straight face that the description is correct.

Are you certain you were looking at Meteor Buster's description and not Ageha-senba's? I'm looking at Meteor Buster now in my inventory on Xbox 360 and it says no such thing about throwing blades.

your right, SUV weapons don't have that discription but I can't say anything because I have not bought Meteore buster yet.
