Why does Sega Team have to be so mean?

I've e-mailed Sega Team 5 timnes, yes five times because I'm concerned about my Guardian's Licence Once I get my own Xbox 360. Thing is. I don't want to start over and I'm curious if t is really possible if Sega Team can transfer your PSU Online Data to a new Gamertag.

Everytime I e-mail them they keep sending it back to me saying that the file is too long.. So I make my concern nice, short and sweet but alas they send another messege saying the file was too long or there was an error.

Ah what's wrong with long letters? Sega really IS lazy! Hm, shorten the message? I dunno. That'd stink to have to have your characters stuck on your (brother's?) account. They should be able to move the game data at least.

Did you try contacting Microsoft and seing if they can transfer your subscription to a new tag? Or just keep your old one a Silver account.

You could just use the XBox 360 that you are using already and get the new one for the person I assume you are sharing it with.
